theological department 33 Graduates of Oxford Cambridge and Durham will be ad- mitt to attend the Theological Course for such length of time as they may desire The Course of Study in this Department in the case of all Students except those mentioned in the preceding clause is Continued during Six Academical Terms two years At the close of this period strict examination will take place and to all Students who have merited such distinction by their attainments and by their good character during the period of their studies in King's College the Principal is empowered by the Council to grant an Honorary Certificate which maybe exhibited for the satisfaction of that Bishop to whom any Student may apply to be admitted as Candidate for Holy Orders The two Archbishops and twenty-three of the Bishops have consented to admit as Candidates for Holy Orders those Students who shall produce this Certificate The fees for attending this Course of Instruction are-81 8s per Term for Graduates of Oxford Cambridge and Durham 10 per Term for Associates of King's College London and 121 12s per Term for all other Students In all cases the fees for the first two Terms must be paid upon entrance in addition to 13s for the following charges viz Matricu- lation Fee Is Library 21 2s Cap and Gown 10s Associates of King's College are not liable to this additional charge After an attendance of Six Terms only one-half of the above Fees are payable and Student of Nine Terms' standing becomes entitled to free admission to all Lectures in this Department Occasional Students are also admitted to attend the class of any particular Professor upon payment of 4s per Term The Academical Year consists of Three Terms viz Michaelmas Term from the beginning of October to the week before Christmas Lent Term from the middle of January to the week before Easter Easter Term from Easter to the beginning of July
