142 RESIDENCE OF STUDENTS Iu these amounts are included the whole expenses of Kent Attendance Coals and the Dining Hall but not Breakfast and Tea Students have to bring their own linen and to find their own cups and saucers &c for their rooms These articles how- ever as well as bread butter tea sugar Sec can be obtained from the Manciple of the College at fixed prices Any Medical Student taking set of rooms in October must pay the Fees for the whole Winter Session The amount may be paid in full upon entrance or one-half upon entrance and the remainder at the beginning of the second division of the Session and not later than January 21 Student will not be allowed the benefit of the reduction made to those who take rooms for the whole year unless he declares this to be his intention upon entrance In this case he will be required to pay the whole of the Fees for the year upon entrance or in two portions as before mentioned All Students not belonging to the Medical Department must take rooms for two terms at least upon first coming to reside They will not be allowed the benefit of the reduction made to those who take rooms for the whole year unless they declare this to be their intention upon entrance The Fees for the whole year may be paid one-half before entering the College and the remainder at the beginning of the next sue- ceeding Term Three months' notice is to be given of the intention of any Student to give up his rooms Students incurring expulsion from their rooms through the infringement of the College rules and regulations will forfeit the amount of rent already paid All Fees are payable in advance It is particularly requested that all complaints either respecting the servants of the College or the Dining Hall may be made without delay to the Secretary
