APPLIED SCIENCES 43 SCHOLARSHIPS Good conduct and competent knowledge of such subjects in Divinity as shall be previously fixed upon are indispensable for the admission of any Student or Pupil to be Candidate for Scholarship in this College Every Scholarship is held subject to forfeiture for mis- conduct In case there should be no candidate of sufficient merit in any year the Scholarship of that year will not be awarded Dtin'ntU ctolarsij ip One of Ā£30 in each Year This Scholarship is open to all Matriculated Students of this Department who have completed three Terms The first Examination will take place on Thursday October 2' 'd next on the following subjects The Prophetical and Typical parts of the Pentateuch The First Ten Psalms in Hebrew The Acts of the Apostles in Greek with Paley's Horae Paulinae Davison on Prophecy Warburton Lecture Bishop Pearson on the Creed Articles and II Apologia Ecclesiai Anglicanae Auctore Joanne Jucllo olim Episcopo Sarisburiensi The Book of Common Prayer The names of all Candidates must be sent to the Principal before three o'clock on Thursday 8th October next after which hour no name will be received No Student can be elected to this Scholarship more than twice
