ANNUAL REPORT 181G 15 In consideration of the great present and prospective cxten- sion of the College the Council have thought it necessary to sanction on larger scale than usual plans for altering improving and fitting up portions of the building including Lecture Rooms for Theology large additional room for the School more commodious Workshop for the Department of Applied Sciences new Secretary's Office and the great Hall of Reception in the centre of the building Having thus shortly mentioned the most important occur- rences of the year the Council close their Fifteenth Annual Report with the expression of deep sense of thankfulness to the Giver of all good and of humble confidence in His further blessing upon an Institution designed to His glory combin- ing religious with intellectual training and serving in all humility and faithfulness as handmaid of His Church
