KM MEDICAL DEPARTMENT The above course of study may be extended over longer period than three Winter and two Summer Sessions provided the Lectures and Medical Practice are attended in the prescribed order and in the required Sessions Those gen tlemen whose attendance on Lectures commenced before the 1st of October 1ς3ό will be allowed to complete their studies in conformity with the previous regulations of the Court Registration of Testimonials All testimonials must be given on printed Schedule with which students will be supplied at their first registration In London at this Hall It is particularly requested that the Lecturer himself will fill up the blanks in the Schedule specifying the mode of attendance All Students are required personally to register the several classes for which they have taken tickets and those offly will be considered as complying with the regulations of the Court whose names and classes in the Register correspond with their Schedules Tickets of admission to lectures and medical practice must be registered in the months of October and May but no ticket will be registered unless it be dated within sere days of the commencement of the Course and certificates of attendance must he registered in the months of April and August Hue notice of the days and hours of such registrations will be given from time to time Preliminary Examination Students may undergo their Latin Examination at any time after their first registration except during the months of August and September book is opened at the Beadle's otfiee at the Hall for the signatures of those gentlemen who are desirous of undergoing this examination to which twenty will be admitted on each successive Saturday but unless twenty names are entered on the list no examination will take place Candidates are required to attend at half-past three o'clock and those who fail to pass this Examination satisfactorily will not be re-admitted until they appear for their General Examination Examination Every person intending to otl'er himself for Examination must give notice in writing to the Clerk of the Society on or before the Monday previously to the day of Examination and must at the same time deposit all the required testi- monials at the otliee of the Beadle where attendance is given every day except Sunday from teu until four o'clock The Examination of the Candidate for certificate of qualification to practise as an Apothecary will be as follows In translating portions of the first four books of Celsus ι Jfediciua and of the first twenty-three chapters of Gregory's Conspectus Mediciiue Theoretics
