Vinicombe, Lionel Frank
Second Lieutenant Lionel Frank Vinicombe, Royal West Kent Regiment, aged 29 was killed on the night of June 29 while out with a working party. He was educated at George Watson's College, Edinburgh and King's College London and afterwards went to the National Gymnasium at Stockholm. He was granted a commission in the Devon Regiment in December 1914 and went to the front and was transferred to the Royal West Kent Regiment in November 1915. He was the youngest son of Mr and Mrs Charles Vinicombe of Constantinople. The Times 28 July 1916.
